Shireen Aryana

South Asia Center FLAS Fellow, Academic Year 2025-2026 (Persian), Summer 2025 (Persian)

Shireen Aryana is an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics. She is studying Persian and spent the summer of 2025 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, simultaneously immersing herself in intensive Persian instruction and Tajik culture. Shireen is looking forward to further pursuing these studies and deepening her understanding of the interconnectedness of cultures and histories that span across the Middle East and South Asia.
