Shahrukh Baloch

Shahrukh Baloch is the recipient of Margaret C. Mykut Fellowship at JSIS. He earned his BA Honors as a Political Science major and a History minor from Forman Christian College, Lahore in 2018. For his undergraduate research, he focused on socio-political history of South Asia in the mid-twentieth century. Before coming to UW, Shahrukh was working at his alma mater FC College. At UW, Shahrukh will be focusing on sociocultural anthropology– particularly urbanism in post-colonial South Asian cities.
