Esther Choo is a PhD candidate in Department of Global Health’s Implementation Science program. Her research centers around addressing the double burden of malnutrition in low and middle income countries especially in Nepal. She is particularly interested in how food environments shape food acquisition and ultimately maternal and child nutrition outcomes. She has an MPH from Emory University, is proficient in French, and is currently a TL1 scholar.
