April 24, 2019

The South Asia Center at the University of Washington expresses its deepest sympathies for those who lost their lives and all the families affected by the bombings on Easter morning in Colombo, Negombo, and Batticaloa. We are deeply saddened and troubled by the events in Sri Lanka. It remains important during these moments of shock to remain engaged and curious while sitting with our sorrow. Please find some valuable resources below, which we will continue to update as new information comes to light and further reflections and analyses are offered.
