Hannah Haegeland (South Asian Studies MA 2015) recently co-authored an article published in The Hindu. Titled A political choice, the article examines crisis situations arising between India and Pakistan, and addresses why some violent events trigger crises when others do not. The article is derived from a recently released volume by the Stimson Center titled Investigating Crises. Haegeland was one of the editors and contributed two chapters to the volume with Sameer Lalwani.
