Edgar Sandoval

I am broadly interested in undocumented queer migrants. This project can be placed at any spatial-temporal point along the migration journey. For my current research, I examine how UndocuQueers navigate spatial configurations of political and social exclusion with a politics of care. Drawing on feminist geopolitics, queer people of color critique, and care ethics, I hope to expand notions of political activism to shine light on how everyday moments of care challenge the division between material, political, social, and emotional.
