Intervenciones is an occasional series of short working papers written by members of the Latin American and Caribbean Studies community at UW and beyond.
These works are meant to engage current events, inject hemispheric sensibilities into ongoing political and intellectual debates, and provide opportunities for thinking about the possibilities that exist in between past and future and across North and South.
