3rd Northwest Conference on Japanese Pedagogy

The 3nd Northwest Conference on Japanese Pedagogy will be held at the University of Washington on May 12-13, 2018. The conference theme is “Content Based Language Instruction (CBLI): Implementation and Effectiveness 「CBLI: 実践と効果」” and a keynote speaker has been invited to give a talk in this theme. The rest of the conference will include individual paper presentations on any area of Japanese pedagogy. The conference is open to college-level and secondary school teachers.

The event is organized by the Japanese Program in the Department of Asian Languages and Literature with financial support provided by the East Asia Center and the UW Japan Studies Program.
