About
Dr. Sarah Lohmann is Full-Time Teaching Faculty at the University of Washington’s Information School. Her research and instruction focus on IT Governance, cybersecurity and emerging and energy technologies. She is also an author and editor of two recent books: What Ukraine Taught NATO about Hybrid Warfare (US Army War College Press, Nov. 2022) and Countering Terrorism on Tomorrow’s Battlefield (US Army War College Press, Dec. 2022). For the past four years, she has taught for UW’s Communications Leadership faculty on emerging technology, big data and disinformation.
