Every year, the Center for European Studies and the EU Center at the University of Washington host a visiting scholar from the European Union. This year, we are excited to host Dr. Jürgen Salay, an expert on European climate policy with close to 20 years of professional experience in preparing, negotiating and implementing climate legislation on national and European Union (EU) level.
