Stephen Meyers, Associate Director of the Jackson School, was the featured guest at April’s UW Global Community Conversations gathering at the UW Club. During the session, Meyers discussed the Jackson School’s approach to preparing students for global careers and highlighted two signature programs: the Washington D.C. spring break trip immersion experience and the long-running Donald C. Hellmann Task Force Program.

He emphasized that both programs aim to help students discover where they fit across the global careers landscape. “We want our students’ voices — grounded in interdisciplinary training and deep cultural understanding — in the rooms where decisions are made,” Meyers said in a piece by UW Global.
