Model EU Hotel Reservations

Attending universities will be required to make their own hotel reservations (including payment) and rooming assignments for the 2023 West Coast Model EU. The University of Washington will reimburse participating universities for one night’s double occupancy lodging at the below discounted rate for attending students in fully occupied rooms.

If you are bringing an odd number/gender of students, please request a cot for a double room or find a roommate from another university via our Roommate-Matcher tool. (UW cannot reimburse the full cost of a double room with only one student occupant.)

As in the past, attending faculty are responsible for their own lodging costs.

The European Union Center has secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $145 per night (shared double queen) and $145 per night (king) plus taxes in the stylish Graduate Seattle Hotel, located just steps from the University of Washington in the University District. (Please scroll down to find discounted reservation link.)

We STRONGLY recommend you make your reservations soon as availability is limited. Please make your reservation by February 2, 2023 to secure the discounted rate.
