The Center for European Studies and the EU Center’s programs emphasize teacher training. The Centers further this objective by organizing a wide array of events and providing resources for K-12 and community college educators. Workshops and events for social studies, art, and language faculty, and their students are offered throughout the year, with special educator events being linked to all our major academic conferences. Washington state clock hours are usually available for attending Jackson School-sponsored educator events. The Centers make available teaching curricula and develop original teaching resources to tie into our educator programs.
