David Bachman is quoted in an article in the Portuguese language titled, “How Taiwan’s sanctions against Russia help explain the global struggle for hegemony,” which was published yesterday, April 7, in Brazil’s Brasil de Fato, a national news website and a radio agency. During the interview, he discussed why Taiwan was complying with sanctions when it did so much business with China, and why Tik Tok was not doing business with Russia.
