David Bachman Quoted in Article on the future of U.S. – China Relations

Professor David Bachman of the UW China Studies Program was recently quoted in an article by Northwest Asian Weekly entitled, “Biden and China: Guarded Optimism from Local Chinese Leaders.” Bachman comments that U.S. relations with China will probably not change that much due to ongoing bipartisan criticism of China, but that Republicans will certainly pressure the incoming president Joe Biden to continue being hard on China.
