About
Fern is majoring in Global and Regional Studies with a focus on technology, security, and diplomacy in East Asia and minoring in Chinese. After spending time studying in Taipei, her interest in cybersecurity combined with an interest in Taiwan studies led her to research internet infrastructure in Taiwan.
