Daniel Bessner, Jackson School faculty, pens a new piece titled, “Ending Primacy to End U.S. Wars” that was published April 7, by the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. He argues that the United States learned the wrong lessons from the Gulf War and the Iraq War that followed in the quest for global primacy.
Bessner, an associate professor of international studies, currently holds the Joff Hanauer Honors Professorship in Western Civilization.
