About

Tese Wintz Neighbor has lived in Beijing and Hong Kong and has led educational tours all across Asia. She has an MA in China Regional Studies from the Henry Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. In the Pacific Northwest, she has worked as an Asian history instructor at Seattle-area colleges and as the Senior Director of Professional Development for the Seattle World Affairs Council. Tese has been part of the NCTA program since its inception where she has served as a seminar instructor, tour leader to China, and book club organizer.
