Ph.D. Candidate Xiaoshun Zeng, a specialist on China and an affiliate of the Southeast Asia Center, has won a Mellon International Dissertation Research Fellowship. The fellowship, awarded by the Social Science Research Council, is an extremely competitive award given to 80 participants globally each year.
