Friday 13 March 2020 – Expert Evaluation with Whit Fraser
Due to COVID-19 and the requirement that classes be conducted on-line, the Task Force expert evaluation was held on Zoom. Each of the students presented their research followed by comments from Expert Evaluator Whit Fraser, author of True North Rising.

The Research Study Tour to Ottawa is part of the Don C. Hellmann Task Force Program, Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, University of Washington, Seattle—the capstone experience in the undergraduate International Studies Program; and, the Jackson School’s International Policy Institute.
