Mail all parts of your complete departmental application, TOGETHER IN ONE ENVELOPE, to the Jackson School address below. (Remember to print a copy of your Graduate School Application form for inclusion with the packet you send to the Jackson School.)

All materials must be received in one packet. Have transcripts sent to you, then send them to the Jackson School with the rest of your packet.

Official GRE and TOEFL test scores are reported electronically by the Educational Testing Service. All other materials are to be sent in one packet.

—Complete the Graduate School Application online
(Print and send with the rest of your application materials)
—Pay the application fee
—International Students:
send original transcripts and other materials required by the Graduate School

Materials for the Jackson School:
—Copy of Graduate School Application
—Jackson School Supplemental Application [hard-copy PDF form]
—Official Transcripts
(Have these sent to you, then enclose with the rest of your packet)
—Statement of Purpose
—Writing Sample (academic work preferred)
—Official GRE and (if required) TOEFL or IELTS score reports
(these will be reported by ETS)
—Personal History Statement (optional)

Please remember your application password, so that you can return to your application to check the status of materials received. We receive many applications and it takes us some time to check each one for completeness. We cannot confirm receipt of your packet until we have reviewed it. All application packets which were postmarked by the deadline should be reviewed by February 15. Information as to receipt of your application packet and confirmation of its state of completeness will be posted by that date and viewable by returning to your application page:
