Taylor Heatherly

Taylor is an IPI Cybersecurity Fellow. She is pursuing a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Security and a minor in Asian Cultures & Languages. Her research focuses on data security at the intersection of government and private partnerships. Taylor’s broader interests also include exploring how states interact with one another, especially when it comes to questions of power, conflict, and security.
