About
Skye Terebey was an International Policy Institute cybersecurity policy fellow. She is a recent graduate of the Henry M. Jackson School on International Studies with an emphasis on human rights and refugee studies, and ultimately hopes to pursue a career working with immigrants and refugees. She was a member of the Winter 2015 Task Force on investigating the state of human rights in the Middle East and North Africa. She was also a part of the Spring 2015 Microsoft Applied Research Project, which examined cybersecurity policy in sub-Saharan Africa.
