Sam Goffin

Sam Goffin is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. Sam is a European Studies major in the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies. He is fascinated with the social realities of the Internet and the many subcultures that have developed within it. He is also interested in the implications of nations-states adopting internet culture as a tool for cyber attacks.
