Ruby Hart

Ruby is an IPI Cybersecurity Research Fellow and is pursuing a double major in International Studies and Political Science. Her current research focuses on the security and development of undersea cables in the Arctic area. Ruby’s broader interests include privacy policy and international conflict resolution.
