Richie Doan

Richie is majoring in Computer Science and Global and Regional Studies with a focus in Southeast/East Asian affairs. He is interested in exploring the technical aspects of cybersecurity as well as their impact on the policymaking space. As a Cybersecurity Research Fellow, he is researching the geopolitical motivations of the Vietnam-based cyber organization, APT32 or OceanLotus.
