Rachel Elizabeth Brown

Rachel Brown received her M.A in Persian and Turkish Studies from the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations in 2016. She is a cybersecurity fellow with the International Policy Institute at the Jackson School of International Studies researching Middle Eastern cybersecurity issues.
