Phoibe Purcell

Phoibe Purcell is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. She is currently a senior at the University of Washington, studying international political economy within the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies. Phoibe was the editor for the Winter 2017 Task Force, “Extremist Use of Social Media: Balancing Privacy and National Security.”
