IPI Cybersecurity Fellow
Oliver Marguleas is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. He is a recent graduate of the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies with an emphasis in global communications. He was a member of the Winter 2016 Task Force on evaluating domestic and international cybersecurity practices, as well as the Spring 2016 Microsoft Applied Research Project, which examined extremists’ use of ICT. Oliver is currently based in Washington D.C.
