About
Monirangsey Touch is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. She is currently a senior in the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, with an emphasis in foreign policy and diplomacy. Monirangsey was a member of the Winter 2017 Task Force on Nuclear Colonialism: Re-examining the U.S. Obligations to the Marshall Islands, as well as a member of the Spring 2017 UNFPA – ISG Applied Research Project.
