Mekdes Abate

Mekdes Abate is a Disability Inclusive Development Fellow. She is a third-year student majoring in Law, Societies, and Justice and hoping to minor in Disability Studies. Mekdes is passionate about justice-oriented work. Her recent study abroad in Jamaica focused on Disability, Ageing, and Development has inspired her to participate in the DIDI fellowship program.
