Mayowa Aina
About
Mayowa Aina is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. She graduated in 2017 with a dual-degree in International Studies (emphasis: International Political Economy) from the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies and Informatics from the Information School. She was a co-editor of the Winter 2016 Task Force which evaluated current U.S. domestic and international cybersecurity policy. She was also a member of the Spring 2016 Tableau Foundation and Enlightened Myanmar Research (EMR) Applied Research Project which researched, contextualized, and visualized elections results from Myanmar’s 2015 general elections. Mayowa intends to pursue a career related to technology, media, digital activism, and social justice.
