Mary Hale

Mary Hale is an IPI Cybersecurity Research Fellow and Honors student at the University of Washington. Mary is working towards a degree in International Studies at the Jackson School with a minor in Global Health. Her research focuses on the African region. She is interested in the geopolitics pertaining to internet infrastructure and internet governance.
