About
Lovely-Frances Domingo is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Fellow. She is a Master of Science in Information Management (MSIM) student at the Information School, where she is studying Information Security and User Experience. She completed her BA in English and a minor in History from the UW. Her research interests include understanding human factors in cybersecurity, ethics in security research, SmartCities initiatives, & digital equity and inclusion. Additionally, she is interested in postcolonial studies, particularly in the Philippines and other parts of Southeast Asia. Lovely is fluent in two Filipino languages: Tagalog and Ilocano.
