Julia Yoon

Julia Yoon is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. She majored in International Studies at the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies. Her research interests are focused on understanding online safety and creating productive online communities. Julia was a member of the Winter 2017 Task Force on Extremist Use of Social Media: Balancing Privacy & Nation Cybersecurity. As part of the Task Force Julia focused on technology companies’ privacy policies and their perspectives on national security.
