Johanna Mora

Johanna Mora is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Washington School of Law, advised by Professor Anita Ramasastry. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Justice and Protection of Rights (Maestría en Justicia y Protección de los Derechos) from Universidad Externado de Colombia, as well as an LL.M. in Sustainable International Development Law from the University of Washington School of Law. She was a 2020–2021 Barer Fellow and has served as a law clerk and a judge in Colombia and as a lecturer in both Colombia and the United States. Her research interest is in human rights, corporate accountability and judicial systems. Johanna’s dissertation concerns the participation of businesses in transitional justice systems.
