About
Helen Lui is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. She is a recent graduate of the School with a regional emphasis in East Asia. Her research interests are focused on the national security strategies of China and Japan. Helen was a member of the Winter 2017 Task Force on U.S. Maritime Security in the Asia-Pacific, in which she had a specific focus on the impact of U.S.-China relations on U.S. maritime policy. Helen plans to move to Japan to pursue a career related to international diplomacy.
