Haley Blair

Haley “Alex” Blair is a first-year student in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Washington. They are interested in studying medical anthropology, public health, queer theory, social welfare, and communications. Eventually, they want to intern and conduct research with groups concerned involved in the betterment of marginalized groups in the Seattle community, such as homeless queer youth, people with physical and mental disabilities, and local Native American groups. They also want to get involved in investigative journalism and opinion writing.
