IPI Cybersecurity Fellow
Grant received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is currently enrolled as a concurrent degree candidate pursuing a Master of Public Administration with the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, and a Master of Arts in International Studies with the Jackson School of International Studies. Grant is a 2017-2018 Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellow studying Chinese language. His research interests include cooperative efforts in cybersecurity, public-private partnerships, and assessing the role of governments in encouraging/regulating emergent technologies and industries.
