Eryk is a Cybersecurity Senior Program Manager, where he brings extensive experience in cyber threat intelligence and enterprise security. Alongside his full-time role, Eryk is deeply engaged in cybersecurity research, particularly focusing on Taiwan-centric perspectives. With a Master of Science in Information Management, specializing in cybersecurity, and a Master of Arts in International Studies, with a focus on China and Taiwan cybersecurity development, both from the University of Washington, Eryk combines academic rigor with practical insights. Previously, he served as a Program Assistant and Graduate Researcher at the UW Taiwan Studies Program, further enriching his understanding of the field. He is the founder of Scryber Enterprises, LLC, conducting research and writing on technology and cybersecurity. Additionally, Eryk maintains CyberSec Taiwan, a Substack blog offering news and analysis on Taiwan’s cybersecurity landscape. Eryk is an active member of ISACA, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and the Intelligence and National Security Alliance’s Cyber Council, where he continues to contribute his insights and expertise to the cybersecurity community.
