Devon Stark

Devon Stark is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. She is a third-year student in the Henry M. Jackson School, pursuing a B.A. in International Studies (emphasis: global health), with minors in French and Global Health. She was a member of the Spring 2017 UNFPA-ISG Applied Research Project that focused on positive state practices addressing gender-based violence and reproductive health rights for people with disabilities. Her research interests center on the equitable provision of medicine and healthcare.
