Chelsea Zhou

Chelsea Zhou is an IPI Cybersecurity Research Fellow. Chelsea is working towards a degree in Informatics (B.S.) and International Studies (B.A.) at the University of Washington. Her research takes a humanitarian lens–focusing on cybercrime against countries located in the Global South. Currently, Chelsea is researching political consequences of cybercrime against the agribusiness industry with a consideration for data ethics, cybersecurity frameworks, and international governance efforts.
