About
Carl Taylor is an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. Carl is a Jackson School B.A. alumnus and a returned Peace Corps volunteer from Cameroon. Carl was inspired by his experience in Cameroon to study how local literature affects education, development, and society. Currently, Carl is pursuing an M.A. of International Studies at the University of Washington where he hopes to dive further into the interconnections of literacy, education, technology, and development.
