Research interests: Nationalism and national identity in Québec. As such, the Arctic surrounds the participation of sub-state national groups and indigenous peoples in the Arctic Council. She will investigate the roles of ethno-national groups as Permanent Participants in the Arctic Council and how this translates to legitimacy on the international stage.
