Cybersecurity Profile 2025: Vietnam

Vietnam is vulnerable to cyber attacks from Chinese hackers due to the dispute over the South China Sea (Trinh, 2025; Borten, 2024). Although Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines and Vietnam all
