Jackson School Faculty Sasha Senderovich and Scott Radnitz are both featured in the same article titled, “‘It’s just terrifying to hear the news every day’: Ukrainians in Seattle fear for their homeland,” in which Radnitz discusses Russia-Ukraine cultural relations and there is reference to Senderovich’s Global Literature course (JSIS 478 E), in which he’s assigning a Ukrainian novel, “The Orphanage,” published in 2017 after Russia’s annexation of Crimea.
