In 2011, the first GRG research team partnered with Starbucks to overview their equal employment opportunities (EEO) in three international regional markets. Following extensive research of the international business climate and targeted regions , the research team provided the company with a survey designed to give all levels of Starbucks management an analytic tool for self-improvement and EEO compliance.
