This task force will do a survey of nation-state cybersecurity strategy – engaging in comparative country case studies – as well as a look to the state of international agreements around cyberwar. The subsequent report will serve as a landscape analysis of the state of cybersecurity strategy globally and make recommendations for international agreements moving forward.
