In 2014, a GRG team conducted a broad, multi-level, impact study of Construction for Change (CfC). The research team implemented an internal and external interview project to better understand the demand and effect Construction for Change had on their partner NGOs. The report included a review of current best practices for non-profits, qualitative and quantitative assessment of CfC’s impact, and developed CfC’s new monitoring and evaluations framework. The team conducted CfC’s first ever program evaluation, which helped CfC make internal changes, allowing the organization to efficiently and cost-effectively provide infrastructure to non-profits across the world.
