Glennys Young, Jackson School professor and chair of the history department, will appear in a documentary “Project Ninos: Cold War in Sunny Spain,” airing on Oct. 19 at 10:30 p.m. (Spain time), on DMAX. The film focuses on the Cold War’s mass interrogation program the CIA carried out on Spaniards returning to their country from the USSR in the late 1950s.
In the documentary, Young, a specialist in Russia and Soviet Union history, is interviewed in late June, 2019 in Alcalá de Henares, near Madrid, in the General Archive of State Administration. View trailer by visiting this link.
